      历时7个月,2019年8月10日,AS审核*对东莞市石上模具有限公司AS9100D航空质量管理体系的符合性、有效性等方面进行了为期五天的审核。较终石上公司凭借科学规范的管理,*AS9100D航空质量管理体系认证审核。
After 7 months’ preparation, Donguan Shi Shang Tooling Co., Ltd has been audited on the conformity and effectiveness of AS9100D by AS auditing experts from Aug 5th to 10th.
In the end, Shi Shang Tooling successfully passed the AS9100D certification audit based on its scientific and standardized management system.
       审核*依据AS9100D:2016标准要求,对石上公司生产体系运行及管理的有效性、充分性及适宜性进行了全面细致的审核。
The auditing expert conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the effectiveness, adequacy and suitability of Shi Shang Tooling's production system operation and management in accordance with the AS9100D:2016 standard requirements.
 
     按过程方法仔细查看了内审、管审、质量手册、程序文件、AS9145(项目管理)、工艺操作规程、生产过程记录、监视和测量设备校验证书、特殊工艺测试报告、发货过程、产品检测、员工培训等相关资料,并从原材料入厂到产品发货全过程进行了现场审核。
Carefully reviewed the internal audit, management review, quality manual, program documentation, AS9145 (project management), process operation procedures, production process records, monitoring and measuring equipment calibration certificates, special process test reports, delivery processes, products Inspection, employee training and other related materials, and performed a on-site-audit from the raw material into the factory to the product delivery process.
 
         特别还针对了航空标准:AS9102B、AS9136、AS9117 、AS9145 、AS9103 、AS6031、AS6081、AS6047、AS9146的特殊要求中关键要求进行仔细的审核。
